Our wine cellars are curated by my father, Alfredo — a lifelong enthusiast turned collector, whose passion began in the 1990s during a trip to Piedmont. With a nose trained over decades, my father is attuned to rare and peculiar bottles. For the right audience, he could talk all night about a single vineyard and about how a wine changes beside the perfect dish.
Designed in a unique spiral shape with cork finishes and a stunning view of the bottles from above, it sets the stage for an extraordinary wine journey.
Our cellar brings together rare vintages from regions including Piedmont, Tuscany, Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Rhône and California. Among its highlights are bottles from Bruno Giacosa, Giacomo Conterno, Soldera and Domaine de la Romanée-Conti — each selected not only for its pedigree, but for the story it carries in the glass.
