The Postcard Room
Jason Dodge, Giovanni Ozzola, Laura Angell
In the Postcard Room, art hums softly beneath the surface. Jason Dodge’s Hidden bells are embedded in the walls — their exact positions known only to a few — turning the chalet into a silent instrument. Laura Angell’s delicate Totem sculptures stand as small markers of recognition and care. A large bed, made to hold an entire family, anchors the room — a feature that appears in all of our family homes.
Nearby, brass light switches engraved by Giovanni Ozzola trace the path of my parents, Mia and Alfredo through places that matter to them. Together, the works create a space shaped by memory, presence, and personal connection.
